We process the full name, company/institution, email address, phone number, subject, area of interest and message you submit through our forms. Our hosting provider may also process technical connection data such as your IP address to keep the site secure. Cloudflare Web Analytics, which we use to measure site performance, collects aggregate visit statistics such as pages viewed, referring sites and page load times, without using cookies or similar technologies and without tracking visitors individually. Your personal data is processed to answer your questions and requests, assess your membership application, contact you in this context and keep our website secure and performing well.

Your personal data is collected electronically through the forms on our website and, when you visit our website, through Cloudflare services. Membership applications are processed under Article 5(2)(c) of the KVKK, as processing is directly related to establishing a contract; contact requests are processed under Article 5(2)(f), on the basis of our association’s legitimate interest, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. Data processed for site security and performance measurement is also based on our legitimate interest under Article 5(2)(f).

Form data is delivered to our association’s email address through the servers of Cloudflare, which hosts our website, and of our email delivery provider; these servers may be located outside Türkiye. Technical connection data and visit statistics are also processed by Cloudflare on servers that may be located outside Türkiye. Your data is shared with competent public authorities only when required by law.

Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the periods set out in the applicable legislation; it is then deleted or anonymised.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, request its correction or deletion, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, and claim compensation for any damage. You can send your requests to bilgi@utliad.org.
